The product itself is good, very realistic and the colour is perfect. We ordered 4 x 3 metres to cover an area previously covered in grey patio slabs. Unfortunately the roll was delivered bent in half which left a horrible crease down the middle. We hoped that after 2 weeks of being stretched out in the sun, the crease would disappear or at least blend in but it hasn’t as yet. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

The artificial grass arrived early, which was a total godsend for us, and it was packaged perfectly. The turf was in great condition and brilliant quality. We have a large garden that due to being shaded a lot, and us having a dog, the grass didn't stand a chance, so we decided to go artificial instead. We received a very generous amount, with extra to spare, and once in place, was easy to cut, pin and install. This has transformed our garden! I'd highly recommend this product, and this company. This is perfect for our needs. A ten out of ten experience!

This grass is ok for the price, unfortunately for one reason or another my 2m x 3m piece came folded. No way on earth would the crease ever come out, so returned for refund but had to pay a little postage. Seems ok grass but if your after a flawless finish look elsewhere.
