The seller has told me that this product falls in their budget category and if budget reflects quality and not price then they are absolutely right. This is shoddy cheap rubbish that looks nothing like grass, is supposed to be 7mm deep but in reality is just a cheap black mesh with bright green bits through it. Totally flat, resembles nothing like grass, and was already disintegrating as I unrolled it. I couldn’t be more disappointed especially given the reviews on Amazon. It may be budget, but the price doesn’t feel like it. And if you do buy it and decide it is not for you, then even though in my opinion it has an inaccurate listing, they expect you to pay for the return costs despite what I got not being strictly what I ordered. I feel there must be better options available. I will press hard for a full refund, this product certainly has no place in my garden.

Had artificial grass with a 30mm pile on my patio for 10 years, decided it was time to change it but wanted a shorter pile, this seemed to fit the bill, I was disappointed when it arrived to find you can see the substrate through the pile as the pile is quite scarse and thin, nevertheless I decided to have it cut and installed, now I've found if anything heavy is put on the grass and left for an hour, what pile there is is flattened and will not bounce back leaving an unsightly mark. So for me this a very poor quality material and I wish I had returned it, its too late for me but my advice is avoid this product. The price doesn't matter its the poor quality.
