Football Training Mat - Non- Slip Soccer Training Mat - Football Mastery Mat for improving Dribbling, Ball control Size 60 x 90cm - football training equipment Adult Kids Indoors This mat arrives rolled up but flattens out quickly with no kinks or bumps. Its a good thickness and stays in place when being used both indoors and outside. The lines are very clear and easy to focus on by the player and its a very good way of training and improving accuracy. Its light enough to be carried around so could easily be used home and away and useful for small clubs, etc. The surface should be easy to wipe clean if wearing muddy footwear. When not in use for football it can also be used as a cushioning mat for exercises such as Pilates but note it is only as wide as the average hallway. It does not come with any instructions for use so it might be useful to watch a few online videos to give you an idea of how to get the best from it.
