Used as intended to tack down weed control barrier. The did the trick pretty well. However. If it came in contact with a stone and due to them not being the thickest they bent. Very similar to a cheaper tent peg. I would say better than plastic ones as I have found they just break whatever. Having said that they are not the most expensive so I ordered more than I needed to do the job and a few bent ones were ok to me no just moved across a little. If your ground is littered like larger stones I think you may be disappointed. I would give them a 6 or 7 out of 10 based on usage and cost of them
