In editing my original review do to getting some good customer care from the seller. One of the balls came broken and won't light up. That has been rectified. The toy was a big hit with my kids. I had initially hoped the ball return function would send the ball back more but it's limited to about 2 feet. The clubs are light weight and safe. You won't be able to use this as a putting aid for real balls du to the short return distance. Kids are happy so that's the main thing.

I have mixed views on this product. The Crocodile head and the flashing golf balls work perfectly and makes the game so much more fun. But both of the golf clubs broke within a week as they are extendable they just came apart so purchased a cheaper set online from Smyths that work so much better!

Why did you choose this product over others?: This golf putting set has been a huge hit in our house and a fantastic way to keep the kids entertained, especially on a rainy afternoon. The concept is great and it was very easy to set up straight out of the box, with the kids playing within minutes. The light-up holes and glowing balls are the definite standout feature. They work really well and add a level of excitement that a normal putting mat just doesn't have, making it especially fun to play in the evening. The mat is a good length and the slope at the end provides a nice challenge that keeps them engaged. The only reason this doesn't get a full five stars is the battery situation. Each of the five holes requires two AAA batteries, meaning you need ten in total to get the full light-up experience, and none are included. It's quite a lot of batteries to suddenly need, so it's definitely something to be aware of before you buy. Overall, it's a really fun, well-designed toy that offers hours of entertainment. Just make sure you add a big pack of batteries to your basket at the same time!
